Betsy Hosp is the founder and author of the book, “Power of One Woman”, a project highlighting women working for the earth with the intent of motivating women into action creating positive change for the earth. She spent over three years interviewing women across the United States who are working for the earth.

Betsy served two years as the Head of School for the Montessori School at Hampstead (MSH) in Montgomery Alabama, was the Founding Director of the Alabama Office of School Readiness, the Founding Director of the Alabama Partnership for Children, a founding board member of “Slow Food Crossroads” and

She is currently the Project Lead for Sylacauga’s Alliance for Family Enhancement, SAFE, environmental and regenerative agriculture development as the organization expands into EARTH, East Alabama Rural Innovation and Training Hub.  

She is also a mother of three beautiful children.
